Morgan from Sydney needed a new engine for his '74 dual cab that has been in the family since new.He decided on a brand new 2276cc engine equipped with a 4340 race crank, lightened flywheel, W110 cam and 1.25 rockers, dual RPR 40mm IDF carbs and a pair of our Heavy Duty Heater boxes and 1 3/8" ceramic Quiet Pac exhaust system.The Los Panchito heads have CNC chambers and with a compression ratio of 8.7 will be very reliable and stay cool.This engine has been dyno tuned with almost 114 hp @ the wheel or 142hp @ the engine with almost 200 ft/lb's of torque.

BGA (Buggy Girl Australia) from Melbourne wanted a good reliable 1916cc engine for her Manx buggy.This brand new engine has a forged 69mm 8 dowelled crank, lightened flywheel, a set of Los Panchito heads that have been flycut for compression, Engle W110 cam and 1.25 rockers and with 40mm IDF carbs and a ceramic coated TriMil Bobcat system.This engine produced 106hp @ the wheels or 132hp @ the engine and 157 ft/lb's of torque.

This brand new 2276cc engine was assembled and dyno tuned for Geoff in Perth to be fitted into his 1974 Beetle. This engine is fitted with Los Panchito heads with dual springs, an Engle FK43 camshaft, a set of RPR 44mm IDF carbs and a Ceramic coated Tril Mil 1/58" Sidewindoer exhaust This engine made 142.9 HP at the rear wheels or a little over 178 HP at the engine with 201ft/lbs of torque.

This engine was built for Rod in Brisbane to use in his Eureka kit car. This 2276cc engine uses a set of my custom CNC ported 044 round port heads with 42 x 37.5 mm valves, some RPR 44 mm IDF carbs on ported intake manifolds, an Engle FK 43 camshaft with 1.4 rockers and a TriMil 1 5/8" sidewinder exhaust system. The compression on this engine is set at 9.6 and with the engine producing some 150 hp @ the wheels or 187 hp at the engine should be fun to drive.

Here is a 2276cc engine I built for David in Adelaide. This engine will be fitted into his 1974 Westie that will be used for weekend trips that will be a joy to drive. This engine is fitted with the Los Panchito heads with CNC chambers, W110 cam with 1.25 rockers, a set of my RPR 40mm IDF carbs on ported manifolds and a Vintage Speed exhaust system using heater boxes. This engine made 119.1 HP at the rear wheels which equates to 148 HP @ the engine. The engine also made over 210 ft/lbs of torque due to the low 8.6 compression ratio and will run cool and reliable for years to come.

This brand new 2276cc engine was assembled and dyno tuned for Robby in Vic to be fitted into his 1955 Split window double door bus. This engine is fitted with the Los Panchito heads with the CNC chamber up-grade, and Engle W110 camshaft, a set of RPR 40mm IDF carbs and a Ceramic coated RPR exhaust system. This engine made 123.7 hp @ the rear wheels or a little over 150 hp @ the engine and has a compression ratio of 8.7:1. The 199 ft/lbs of torque will make this a fun engine for the 11 window bus and with the power curve from 1200 rpm's the bus will be very user friendly.

This 1916 cc engine is ready to install in any Beetle, Ghia (with a siimple exhaust change), buggy or kit car.  This engine made 129 HP at the wheels or 160 HP at the engine and has a compression ratio of 8.7:1. It is fitted with a set of my 44mm IDF carby's RPR 1 5/8" Ceramic coated SideWinder exhaust, Engle 110 cam, Pancito heads and much more.
