Shipping & Tracking

Once a product is ordered, we attempt to ship the item (s) as soon as possible and within 5 days from ordering in order to take into account weekends and Public holidays.

All items are securely packed and a tracking number, where available, will be provided to the customer. All goods sent via StarTrack or ARAMEX are automatically insured for a maximum amount of $100.00.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to request additional insurance from RPR.

All other methods of shipping (eg: Express Post or normal Post) are NOT covered by insurance.

Upon receipt of the shipment, it is the responsibility of the Customer to thoroughly check the shipment to ensure that there is no damage and that the goods are in good order before signing any acceptance document.

Any claims MUST be lodged in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
