HOTMAIL.COM, LIVE.COM, OUTLOOK.COM Email problems
We have been made aware of some customers who have not been receiving our emails and have tracked this down to customers who use either Hotmail.com, Live.com or Outlook.com (they are all basically the same as they are all owned by Microsoft).
This is due to silly restrictions and policies that Microsoft has recently implemented relating to SPAM. Problem is, it also affects legitimate business like ourselves.
Anyway, the easiest way around this is to add the following 2 email addresses to your "Safe Senders" list:
