This 2176 cc engine was completely reconditioned using a 4 year old engine with low mileage.

This Brazilian case has been line bored .20 and now has a CB performance 78.4mm forged Chevy journal crank installed with 5.4" I beam conrods.

The 94mm piston kit is new, the Engle 110 cam and lifters are new as well as the CNC ported round port heads with 40 x 35.5mm stainless valves. The ceramic exhaust system and HD heater boxes are new and a very clean set of Italian 44mm Webber IDF carbs are fitted to the ported manifolds. The compression on this engine is 8.7 and this engine will suit any beetle, buggy, trike or kit car.

The tinware has been powder coated gloss black and is supplied with a dyno report that reads 111.5 HP at the wheels with 172 ft/lb's of torque.

With the standard 25% drive train loss the power at the engine is almost 140 HP.

This engine has been dyno tuned.
