AA Sidewinder Exhaust System (1 1/2") - Type 1

This is a 1 1/2" Complete Sidewinder Style Exhaust System for VW Type 1 Bug.

The system has been designed to be installed in a Type 1 beetle.

This new design now comes with new and improved mounting strap and hardware for the muffler system and is good for up to 170HP and 6000 rpm's.

Please note: When installing on a Type 2, the muffler will hit the bumper mounts and without the bumper, it sits very low on the bus.

We recommend that you get the header only and mount a different muffler in a higher location or modify the muffler with the system.
